Welcome to PranaLab
"PranaLab" or "Prana~Breathe and Live" was born from lived experience — from moments of emotional struggle, anxiety, grief, and feeling utterly disconnected from life. Through the practice of breathwork, founder Jules found a way to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind, and create a space within that felt safe, steady, and alive.
Today, Prana Lab offers that same possibility to others — especially working adults navigating stress, overwhelm, or emotional turbulence. Through breath practices rooted in Pranayama, we blend science and spirit to offer simple, effective tools for presence and nervous system regulation.
Whether you're in a studio session, a private practice, or listening from home, the intention is always the same: to help you reconnect to yourself — and to breathe fully, live fully.
✨ Values:
Presence over perfection
Simplicity and clarity
Grounded science, gentle spirit
Calm, connection, and inner steadiness
Everyday integration over quick fixes
✨ Mission:
To help people navigate emotional overwhelm through the breath — by offering grounded, accessible breathwork that blends ancient techniques with modern insight.
Meet Julie (or Jules)
An inspired breathwork facilitator, dedicated to sharing the transformative power of breath and enhance your personal wellness journey.
Julie is a French-Australian millennial whose breathwork journey began unexpectedly over three years ago while navigating her own struggles with grief, depression, and anxiety. During this challenging time, she discovered the transformative power of breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. These practices had a profound impact on her physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping her heal in ways she never imagined.
What began as a personal journey soon blossomed into a deep passion for well-being and guiding others on their own healing paths. Now a qualified breathwork facilitator, Julie is driven to share the transformative experience that changed her life and to help others find their own way to healing.
She believes it all begins with a feeling, a moment; an inspiring experience that leads someone to a place they’ve been seeking, perhaps for years. Each person’s first breathwork session is unique; some may face challenges (though rarely), while others experience life-changing breakthroughs. PranaLab was born from one such breakthrough: an unforgettable moment of total rebirth. From a place of darkness, a newfound passion emerged; one that Julie is deeply committed to sharing with others.
