Studio Classes
We offer breathwork classes in Perth, using various pranayama techniques to help reconnect the mind and body.
By mastering breath control, we create space to escape life's chaos and cultivate balance in the stillness of the present moment. Regular practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system—our rest and digest mode—helping to calm the mind, release tension in the body, and bring tranquility to our daily lives.
Classes run for 30 to 45 mins, including a meditation to help you settle after the practice.

1:1 Private Session
Embark on “The Breathwork Personal Journey.”
In a private session, we begin by discussing your goals and how the session will unfold. Depending on the technique used, you may be lying on a mat or seated on a cushion. You'll then be guided to consciously connect with your breath for 30 to 45 minutes, followed by a meditation to deepen the effects of the practice. Afterward, you'll have time to gently return to the space at your own pace.
While each session is uniquely tailored to you, a certified facilitator will guide you throughout, ensuring you feel safe and supported at all times. Emotions may arise, you might feel the urge to move, your body temperature may shift, or you may even experience a deeper journey. Remember, this journey is yours alone, and you are always in a safe, supportive environment.
All private sessions are held in the comfort of your own home.

Private Group Session
Experience Breathwork with a partner, friend, or loved one.
Our 2:1 breathwork sessions are similar to individual sessions, but with the added benefit of sharing the experience with someone special.
For some, Breathwork can be intriguing but they may not be sure about individual sessions or being part of a larger group. For others, it’s a way to deepen their practice by introducing someone close to them. Regardless of the reason, there's a unique energy that arises when you breathe alongside someone you care about. This connection often fosters clarity and compassion, as you both breathe and release together.
We also offer intimate group sessions for up to 8 people, providing a safe, nurturing space to connect, meditate, and breathe deeply. The session begins with a sharing circle, where you can express your intentions for the Breathwork experience. The breathing technique is explained in detail, and what to expect is outlined before you begin up to an hour of Breathwork practice, followed by a brief meditation.
In this small group setting, you may receive individual attention, including hands-on support, if agreed upon.

Sessions vary according to the requirements.
Studio classes run between 30 to 45 minutes.
1:1 & Group sessions can be tailored, but generally run for 60 to 90 minutes.

Studio classes generally provide mat, pillow and blanket but you are always welcome to bring your own.
For 1:1 & group sessions, we recommend having yoga mats or lying on carpeted area to be more comfortable and have pillow and blanket. You will be notified prior to each session.
Breathwork practice can be done in day-to-day clothes. It is recommended to wear comfortable and not too restricting clothes, specifically around the chest and belly.

Your comfort and sense of safety are our highest priorities during the session, which is why we offer one-on-one breathwork sessions in the comfort of your own home—your personal safe space.
Our pricing includes a travel fee for locations within 15km of Perth CBD. Additional charges may apply for locations beyond this area
