  • Absolutely! Pranayama is a very gentle practice and is suitable for all level. If you’ve been practicing for a while or if this is your first time, our sessions are guided and will bring you whatever your body & mind need.

  • With a properly trained breathwork facilitator and no contraindications, breathwork can be a safe and transformative practice.

    In guided breathwork, a trained facilitator will often lead you with music and gentle coaching, but remember—you are always in control of your pace. Trust your body, listen to it, and follow your intuition.

  • Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with a history of cardiovascular conditions, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or those recovering from significant physical injuries or surgery, unless they have first consulted with a healthcare provider.

    It is also not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions, seizure disorders, or those on major medications. Additionally, it should be avoided by anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.

    Pregnant women should seek approval from their primary care physician before engaging in breathwork. Those with asthma should always have their inhaler on hand and consult with their healthcare provider beforehand.
