Breathe with Prana~Lab

At Prana Lab, we focus on the practice of Pranayama. “Prana” being our life force and “Ayama” meaning extension or expansion; Pranayama is the control of the breath, the life force within.

Pranayama Breathwork, helps to manage energy levels, cope with emotional responses, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and achieve states of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

Through different breathing patterns, we learn how to control our breath to clear the physical, mental and emotional blocks within us, and free our PRANA.
