I Am Enough, Being Present
Poem by Julie – ©2025. All Rights Reserved.
I am enough in this breath, in this space,
Not chasing the future, not lost in the past’s embrace.
The rise and fall of air in my chest,
A gentle reminder—I am blessed.
I am enough in the light of today,
No need to wander or wish it away.
The whispers of doubt may call my name,
But I stand in stillness, unshaken, the same.
I am enough in the pause, in the now,
No need for a purpose, no need to know how.
The waves meet the shore without asking why,
The sun warms the earth without needing to try.
I am enough in this moment, complete,
With every heartbeat, steady and sweet.
No need to be more, no need to be less,
Just here, just breathing—no weight, no test.
I am enough, as I am, as I be,
Present, whole, wild, and free.
